How to Switch to Read Only Grid View on End Users Section in CRM

Overview:

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to switch to Read-Only Grid View in the End Users section of the Xvantage for Associates CRM. The Read-Only Grid View presents a more compact and streamlined display for efficient data browsing.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In Xvantage CRM left navigation menu, navigate to the Customers and select End Users.

6. On the command tool bar located on the top of the screen, click Read Only Grid.

7. The view will change to a compressed, read-only layout, allowing for quicker navigation and viewing of large data sets.

8. To revert to the original view, click Focused View on the same command toolbar.
