Issue
Once products are added to the Cart and you select CHECKOUT, an error message is displayed to enter End User Detail.
Cause
An error occurs because End Customer Details have not been provided. These details are mandatory for completing the checkout process.
Resolution
On the checkout screen, click + Add End User (marked with a red asterisk below your name).
Choose one of the following:
Select an existing customer from the list, or
Click + End Customer on the right side of the screen to create a new entry.
Ensure all mandatory fields are completed.
Save the record and return to checkout to proceed.
