How to Upload a File for Bulk Order Upload in Xvantage for Associates

Overview: 

This article will explain step by step how to upload the Bulk Order Template from Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select Bulk order upload from the sub-menu. 

5. From the drop-down menu select the country for which you are placing the order.

6. Click Upload file.

7. In the pop-up window drag and drop the file you want to upload. Alternatively, click Browse and find your file, then select it and click Open.

8. Click the button Review to review the file you are uploading and ensure it is correct.

9. Click Place Orders.
