How to Upload Contact Preference in Bulk in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how to mass upload contact preferences in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it. 

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. Once directed to CRM, navigate to the left navigation menu and find Mass Upload AQ Preferences under the Extensions section. 

6. Click the Download Contact Preference template button. The template will be automatically saved to your device. 

7. Access the file from your device and fill it out accordingly. 

8. Once ready, navigate to CRM again and upload your file by dragging it to the upload field.
