How to Use Filters in Inventory Aging Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This document includes steps on how you can filter your views of the inventory aging report under Supply Chain in Xvantage for Associates.

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Supply chain, then Inventory Aging.

4. The screen will display the Inventory Aging Reports for Warehouse level, and Country level.

5. The filter button is located on the right side of the page. Once clicked, it’ll expand on the right pane. 

6. Set your filters for region, country, etc., according to your need. 

7. Click the reload icon to update and apply the filters set.
