Overview:
This document explores the available filters that can be used on Insights in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click on Insights.
Then, select My Insights.
Select the Filters button next to the search bar.
A panel with all available filters appears on the right side of the page.
The following are some of the available filters:
Toggle the switch to show insights of:
High Inventory Quotes Only
Yesterday’s Quotes Only
Rebate Quotes Only
Check boxes to view quote insights expiring within:
15 days
30 days
45 days
End user – to filter by end-user name
Contact name – to filter by contact name
8. You can also utilize the Exclude filter options located at the bottom, which enables you to omit certain vendors, resellers, etc., from your search.
