Overview:
This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to use filters in the Sales Performance section of Xvantage for Associates (X4A) to help view specific sales performance data based on criteria.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select Sales Performance. The Sales performance page appears with Sales Performance data as of the current date.
At the top-right corner, click the three-stripe icon to access filter options. By default, filters such as Fiscal Year, Fiscal Month, and others should already be visible.
Use the available filters to refine the data and view specific sales performance metrics based on your selected criteria.
