This article explains how to use Subscription Agent to prioritize renewals, identify retention risks, uncover growth opportunities, and determine when it can support you throughout the subscription lifecycle.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
From the home page, click the icon beside the notification bell in the top-right corner.
The IDA chat will open.
Find the resellers, customers, renewals, or growth opportunities that need attention first.
Select a reseller, end customer, or portfolio opportunity and generate a targeted brief.
Review the generated brief to identify immediate renewal priorities and explore growth opportunities.
Generate customer outreach communications as needed.
Review and validate the information before taking action or engaging with the customer.
