How to Use the Extended Search Function in Bid Tool in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you on how to utilize the extended search function in bid tool in Xvantage for Associates (X4A) CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From the Xvantage CRM’s left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales, then click Bid Tool.

6. Located on the right side of the screen is the Extended Search function (shown as a funnel icon, just below Search and Cancel buttons).

7. Once clicked, it’ll open a pop-up window where you can feed more in-depth information about the bids you are looking for.

8. Click on Search.

9. The search results will be displayed.
