How to Use the Filters in the Inventory Inquiry in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This guide explains how to use the filters in Inventory Inquiry in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales, then select Inventory Inquiry.

4. Click the filter icon beside the download icon located at the right side of the screen.

5. Several filter options are available. You can use one or more filters to refine your results:

   • Country

   • Vendor

   • Vendor Code

   • VPN

   • UPC

   • Class

   • Status

   • Restricted Code

   • Language

6. Once you’ve selected your filter/s, click Apply.

7. The results will be based on the filters you have selected.
