Overview:
This article walks you through using the Group by feature in the Quotes section of My Insights in Xvantage for Associates. This feature helps you organize and analyze quote data.
Process:
Go to My Apps and click Okta.
Search for X4A in Okta and click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in another tab.
In the left navigation menu, click Insights, then select My Insights.
Click the Quotes tab.
Scroll down to the Insights information. Click Group by drop-down.
Select from the following options: Vendors, Reseller, Contact.
Vendor Grouping - allows users to analyze quotes associated with specific vendors, helping identify high-priority opportunities for specific products or partnerships.
Resellers Grouping - Segments quotes by reseller to track the progress and performance of reseller relationships, enabling tailored follow-ups.
Contact Grouping - Segments quotes by reseller contact name to view quotes associated with a specific contact. This makes it easier to manage conversations, follow up, or analyze a customer’s buying behavior.
