How to Use the Jump to SKU/VPN in Inventory Inquiry in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article explains how to use the jump to SKU/VPN function in the Inventory Inquiry in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales, then select Inventory Inquiry.

4. Use the search tab to search for the specific product you want to check the inventory.

5. Click on the SKU # (a hyperlink) to open its details.

6. When you want to check another SKU or product, just click Jump to SKU/VPN.

7. Enter the SKU or VPN on the field and hit Enter.

8. Results will be displayed. Choose from the selection.

9. Click Select.

10. You will now view the inventory information of the SKU/VPN.
