Overview:
The Performance dashboard in the Vendor Score Card section of Xvantage for Associates (X4A) provides insights into vendor delivery performance. It includes data on On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) metrics and ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) Accuracy. Users can apply filters and explore charts to evaluate vendor trends, compliance, and PO line-level details.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors then select Vendor Score Card.
At the top left of the screen, you will see three tabs:
Compliance
Performance
Appendix
Click the Performance tab.
There are two tabs within the Performance tab:
OTIF (On-Time and In-Full Summary)
ASN Accuracy
The OTIF (On-Time and In-Full Summary) will display the following:

In-Full Summary
Trend
Summary by country
Top Vendors
PO Summary
The ASN Accuracy will display the following:
ASN Compliancy
ASN Accuracy
ASN Accuracy trend
ASN Accuracy by country
ASN accuracy by top 20 vendors
ASN Summary by country
PO Line Summary
To ensure the data is up to date, click the Reload icon next to the filters.
Click the Filter icon to access and apply any of the 17 available filters (for OTIF) and 8 filters (for ASN Accuracy) to refine the data based on specific vendors or conditions.
Click the Ellipsis (⋮) icon to access additional actions such as:
Clear Cache and Refresh

Reset Filters
