Overview:
This article explains how to use the Quote to Order (Q2O) feature in Xvantage for Associates (X4A) CRM to convert a validated quote into an order. The feature streamlines the ordering process by creating an order from the products and pricing already included in the quote.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Tip: You can also access Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
In X4A, select Sales from the left navigation menu.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
In the CRM navigation menu, go to Sales > Quotes.
Ensure the quote view is set to All Quotes EMEA.
To change the view, select the view drop-down menu and choose All Quotes EMEA.
Locate the required quote using either:
Filter By on the column headers, or
The Filter by keyword search bar.
Open the quote by selecting the quote name.
You can convert a quote into an order using either of the two methods below:
Option 1: Create an Order Using the Create Order Button
On the quote page, select Create Order from the top command bar.
CRM automatically creates an order containing all products included in the quote.
Option 2: Create an Order from the Products Tab
Open the Products tab within the quote.
Select the relevant product lines that you want to include in the order.
Scroll to the bottom of the product list and select Convert to Order.
CRM creates an order containing the selected products.
Note: To use the Convert to Order option, you must first select the product lines you want to include in the order.
A new order is generated from the quote, allowing you to proceed with order processing without manually re-entering product and pricing information.
