How to Use the Sort by Dropdown in My Insights in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how you can seamlessly utilize the Sort by dropdown function in the My Insights page in X4A. 

Note: Tabs may vary according to region/country.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and click Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in another tab. 

3. Hover over the left navigation menu and select Insights.

4. Next, click on My Insights. 

5. Head on to the tab that you need to work on:

   • Quotes

   • Renewal

   • Growth

   • Dormant

   • Experience

   • Behavior

6. Within each tab, there’s an Insights dashboard where the sort by dropdown is located. 

7. Click the sort by dropdown and choose if you want the data to be sorted by value, alphabetical order, recent, or just the default view.
