Overview:
This article will guide you on how to utilize the sort function on the Subscription page in CRM so you can easily customize your view according to your needs.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
From the CRM’s left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales. Click Subscriptions.
Once subscriptions are listed on your screen, hover your mouse over the columns so the arrow icon will appear.
Click the arrow icon to update your view - the list will be arranged alphabetically.
