How to View an Attached Document in a Powerbuy in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for viewing documents attached to a Powerbuy in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Note: This feature is available only to users with the Powerbuy Associate role.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

   • Tip: Alternatively, you can open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Purchasing.

4. Select Powerbuy from the submenu.

5. Use the Search field to enter the Powerbuy Name or Powerbuy ID.

6. Select the Powerbuy ID hyperlink to open the Powerbuy details.

7. Locate the paperclip icon on the right side of the page.

8. The number next to the icon indicates how many attachments are associated with the Powerbuy.

9. Click the paperclip icon.

10. The attached documents are displayed on the right side of the page.

11. Select the document you want to view. The file is downloaded automatically and can then be opened from your computer.
