How to View an End User's Related Resellers in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you on how to view the end users related resellers in CRM.  

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the Xvantage CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Customers and select End Users. 

6. By default, the view is set to Active End Users in Focused View unless you’ve changed your default view. 

7. Click Read Only Grid in the command bar to expand the End User section.

8. Locate the specific end user using the quick search function or filter by.  

9. Click the end user name (a hyperlink) to open its details.

10. In the General tab, scroll down to the Related Resellers section.

11. The related resellers associated with the selected end user will be displayed.
