How to View an Order in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the step-by-step process on how to view an order using the licensing locator in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From the left navigation menu of CRM, click Licensing Locator under the Licensing section.

6. Search for the order you want to view using the Order Status Search banner.

7. Among the generated results, click the Ingram Order Number to open full order details.

8. Use the following tabs to explore specific information:

   • Product Information Tab: Shows line-level order details (IM SKU, MFG Part Number, Quantity, Pricing).

   • Order Line Details Tab: Displays license/serial numbers, tracking info, and validity dates (Start Date/End Date)
