How to View and Download Action Planning Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview :

This document includes steps on how to view and download action planning report in X4A. 

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Supply chain.

4. Click Action Planning. The Action planning page appears.

5. Click the Filter icon at the top right corner to select the desired country and other details.

6. In the Action Planning tab, click the ellipsis icon at the top right corner. A drop-down menu appears.

7. Click Download to download the report. The Download Action Planning dialogue box appears.

8. Select the desired format from the drop-down list.

9. Click Download. The Action planning report is downloaded.
