How to View and Download Credit Memo in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to view and download credit memo in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select Invoices.

5. Click All Filters/ Filter.

6. On the Document Type, select Credit Memo.

7. Click Show Results/ Apply. The results will display all the credit memo.

8. Use the applicable search method below to view credit memo of a specific reseller:

   • Search BCN field: Enter the reseller's BCN in the Search BCN field and press Enter.

   • BCN filter: Click the BCN button, enter the reseller's BCN, and click Apply.

9. Click Download, then select Invoices.

10. The download will automatically start and will be saved in your Downloads folder.
