How to View and Download DIO and Aged Value Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This document includes steps on how to view and download DIO and aged value report in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). 

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Supply chain, then Inventory trends. The Inventory trends page appears.

4. In the DIO and aged value tab, click the ellipse at the top right corner.

5. Click the Filter icon at the top right corner to select the desired country, currency, format and other details.

6. Click Download to download the report. The Download Trending Dio and aged value dialog box appears.

7. Select the desired format from the drop-down list. 

8. Click Download. The Dio and aged value report is downloaded.
