How to View and Download High DIO With Orders Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview: 

These steps will help you to view and download High DIO with orders report in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation pane and click Supply chain.

4. Under Inventory Management, click Critical issue report. The Critical issue report page appears.

5. Click the Filter icon at the top right corner to select the desired country and other details.

6. In the High DIO w/orders tab, click the ellipsis (:) at the top right corner. A drop-down menu appears.

7. Click Download to download the report. The Download High DIO W Orders dialogue box appears.

8. Select the desired format from the drop-down list:

   • CSV

   • PDF - If you select this format you need to select the paper size and other settings

9. Click Download. The High DIO w/orders report is downloaded.
