Overview:
This document includes steps on how to view and download Inventory Aging report in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).
Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta search for X4A and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation pane and click Inventory Aging under Supply chain.
Click the Filter icon at the top right corner to select the desired country and other details. The Aging report at Warehouse Level and Country Level appears.
Click the ellipse next to the desired level by hovering mouse over report name. A drop-down menu appears.
Click Download data to download the report. The Download dialogue box appears.
Select the desired format from the drop-down list.
Click Download. The desired report is downloaded.
