How to View and Download Negative Revenue Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview: 

These steps will help you to view and download the Negative revenue report in Xvantage.

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.
2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
3. On the left pane, click Supply chain, and then click Critical issue report under Inventory Management. The Critical issue report page appears.
4. Click the Filter icon at the top right corner to select the desired country and other details.
5. In the Negative revenue tab, click the ellipse at the top right corner. A drop-down menu appears.
6. Click Download to download the report. The Download Negative Revenue dialogue box appears.
7. Select the desired format from the drop-down list.
8. Click Download. The Negative revenue report is downloaded.
