How to View and Download Re-Invest Targets Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

These steps will help you to view and download the Negative unit sale report in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Supply chain, then click Critical issue report under Inventory Management. The Critical issue report page appears.

4. Click the Filter icon at the top right corner to select the desired country and other details.

5. In the Re-Invest targets tab, click the ellipsis (:) at the top right corner. A drop-down menu appears.

6. Click Download to download the report. The Download Re-Invest Targets dialogue box appears.

7. Select the desired format from the drop-down list:

   • CSV

   • PDF - If you select this format you need to select the paper size and other settings

8. Click Download. The Negative unit sale report is downloaded.
