How to View and Download Revenue Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This document includes steps on how to view and download revenue report in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). 

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4Aand open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Supply chain, and then click Inventory trends. The Inventory trends page appears.

4. In the Revenue tab, click the ellipse at the top right corner.

5. Click the Filter icon at the top right corner to select the desired country and other details.

6. Click Download to download the report. The Download Trending Revenue dialog box appears.

7. Select the desired format from the drop-down list:

   • CSV

   • PDF - you can select the paper size and if you want to expand tables to show all rows or arrange dashboard tiles in a single column.

8. Click Download. The Revenue report is downloaded.
