How to View and Download SKU Level Details Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This document includes steps on how to view and download SKU level details in X4A. 

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Supply chain.

4. Click Action Planning. The Action planning page appears.

5. In the SKU level details tab, under All Fields select the desired dimensions and measures to generate the report. The details are added in the right pane.

6. Click Run in the top right to generate the figures in the selected dimensions and measures. The content is generated in the fields.

7. Click the Settings icon. A drop-down menu appears.

8. Click Download to download the report. The Download dialogue box appears.

9. Select the desired format and other relevant options.

10. Click Download. The SKU level details report is downloaded.
