How to View and Download Vendor Analysis Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This guide explains how to access the Vendor Analysis Report in Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and provides step-by-step instructions for downloading either the entire report or specific data segments.

Important: 

This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. In the left navigation menu, click Supply Chain, then select Vendor Analysis under Inventory Management.

4. Click the Vendor Analysis tab.

5. The report provides the following key information:

   • KPIs at a glance

     • Current inventory

     • DIO

     • Current Inventory – All Vendors

     • DIO – All Vendors

   • Vendor Benchmark

     • Vendor Inventory vs Category

     • Vendor Benchmarking by DIO

     • Vendor Benchmarking by Product Category

     • Vendor Benchmarking by Product Category (All Vendors)

Subtopic 1: 

How to Download the Entire Vendor Analysis Report in X4A

Overview:

This section explains how to download the entire report in your preferred format.

Process:

1. Click the ellipsis icon (⋮) located beside the filters.

2. Select Download.

3. In the pop-up window, choose your desired format:

   • CSV

   • PDF – If selected, you must also choose a paper size from the drop-down

4. Click Download.

5. The file will begin downloading automatically and will be saved in your Downloads folder.

Subtopic 2: 

How to Download Specific Data in Vendor Analysis Report in X4A

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step guide if you want to download data from a specific section of the report.

Process:

1. Hover your mouse to the right side of the specific tile (e.g., Vendor Benchmarking by DIO).

2. A small ellipsis icon (⋮) will appear. Click it and select Download Data.

3. In the pop-up window, configure the following options:

   • Format – Choose from CSV, Excel, HTML, etc.

   • Advanced Data Options:

     • Results – With visualizations or As displayed in data table

     • Data Values – Formatted or Unformatted

     • Number of Rows to Include – Current result table, All results, or Custom

4. Click Download.

5. The download will begin automatically and be saved in your Downloads folder.
