Overview:
This article explains how to access, view, and download the Vendor Analysis – UP SKU report in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). The report provides insights into underperforming SKUs and can be exported for further analysis and reporting.
Important: This feature is available only to users with the Inventory Reviewer or Country Admin role.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta search for X4A and open it.
Alternatively, you can open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
In X4A, navigate to the left navigation menu and select Supply Chain.
Click Action Planning under Inventory Management section.
On the Action Planning page, click the Filter icon in the upper-right corner.
Select the appropriate country and any additional filter criteria, then apply the filters.
Open the Vendor Analysis – UP SKU tab.
Click the ellipsis (⋮) menu in the upper-right corner of the page.
Select Download from the menu. The Download Vendor Analysis – Underperforming SKU dialog box opens.
Select the desired file format:
CSV – Ideal for data analysis and spreadsheet reporting.
PDF – Ideal for sharing and printing reports.
If you select PDF, choose the required paper size before proceeding.
Click Download. The report is generated and downloaded to your device.
