How to View and Generate a Customized Revenue Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This document includes steps on how to view and generate a customized revenue report in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). 

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Supply chain, then click Country overview. The Country overview page appears.

4. Be sure to stay within the Country Overview tab. 

5. Scroll through the page until you locate the Revenue section.

6. Click Explore from here, the button beside the bell icon. 

7. Under All Fields pane, select the desired filters and tabs to be added to the report. 

8. Select the values under the filters and then click Run to generate the report. 

9. Click the Settings icon and then click Download to download the report.
