How to View and Generate a Customized Current Inventory Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This document includes steps on how to view and generate a customized Current Inventory report in X4A. 

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. On the left pane, click Supply chain, and then click Country overview. The Country overview page appears.

4. Under KPIs at a glance, locate the Current Inventory section.

5. Click the ellipse icon. A drop-down menu appears.

6. Click Explore from here. The Explore page appears.

7. Under All Fields pane, select the desired filters and tabs to be added to the report. The filters are added under the Filters section.

8. Select the values under the filters and then click Run to generate the report. The customised report is generated.

9. Click the Settings icon and then click Download to download the report.
