How to View Archived Tracks in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to view Archived Growth Tracks in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Growth Tracks.

4. At the top of the Growth Tracks page, click the Archived Tracks tab.

5. To filter by region, click the Region drop-down menu and select your desired region. 

6. Click Apply to confirm your selection.

7. To filter by country, click the Country drop-down and select all the countries that you want to view, then click Apply.

8. The list will now display all Archived Growth Tracks associated with the region and country that you selected. You will also be able to view key details for each track, including the Vendor, Solution, Status, and Expiration Date.
