Overview:
This article provides the steps on how to view the associated end user details and renewal insights in Xvantage for Associates.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.
Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Insights.
Select My Insights.
Click the Subscription tab. The Subscription Insights will be displayed.
Use the available filter or sort options to quickly locate a specific subscription.
From the subscription list, click the specific subscription row to expand and view the associated end-user details and end users tied to the account. Selecting an end user opens the subscription details page.
