How to View Attached Documents to a Post-Mortem in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how you can access and view the attached documents to a post-mortem in Xvantage for Associates.

Note: This function is available to Powerbuy Associates only.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Purchasing.

4. Select Post-Mortem from the sub-menu.

5. You will be directed to the Post-Mortem list.

6. Locate the post-mortem that you want to download by utilizing the search boxes just above the list.

7. Once located, click on the hyperlinked Powerbuy ID.

8. The post-mortem details page will be displayed. On the upper right-hand side of the page, click on the paperclip icon.

9. An expanded window will appear on the right, containing the post-mortem's attached documents and its overview details.
