How to View Bids from Different Countries in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the step-by-step process on how you can view bids from different countries in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From the CRM’s left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales. Click Bid Tool.

6. On the upper part of the screen, it displays a series of drop-down menus that optimize your bid search. Select the Country drop-down.

7. You may select more than one country.

8. If you want to select all countries, click Select All.

9. To remove the selection, click Deselect all

10. Click Search. The results will be displayed.
