How to View Created Charts for Order Products in CRM

Overview:

This article explains how to view charts that have been created for order products in CRM. Follow the steps below to locate and display available charts for a specific order product.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

   • Tip: You can also access Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM left navigation menu, navigate to Sales > Order Products.

6. In the Order Products page, locate the Show Chart button below the CRM banner.

7. Select Show Chart to open the side panel, where any available charts for the selected order product will be displayed.
