Overview:
This article provides guidance on how to view, edit columns, and export a list with all deals in Deal Analyzer in Xvantage for Associates.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Finance.
Click Deal Analyzer.
By default, Deals tab will load.
You can choose which Deals to be listed below by status:
All
Pending
Not Started
Approved
Rejected
Deactivated
Canceled
The columns in the list are:
Request ID - active deal link and icons representing any pending sign offs, comments, and assignments.
Reviews
Final approval
Deal value
Deal type
Created on
Created by
Click Edit columns button on the top right of the table for additional filters.
Click Export to download the result in file.
