Overview:
This guide walks you through the steps to access and view the Email Performance data within the Campaign Performance section of Xvantage for Associates (X4A).
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Marketing.
Click Campaign Performance.
Select the Email Performance tab.
Review the following details displayed in the report:
Start date
End date
Data as of
Total targets
Delivered emails
Total opens
Total unique opens
Unique clicks
Unsubscribes
Open rate %
Unique open rate %
Click through rate %
Click to open rate
Unique click through rate
Bounce back rate
