Overview:
This article explains how to view detailed information about each end user, including their affiliations with various resellers on the Xvantage for Associates.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.
Within the Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click on End User.
Then, click End User Accounts.
Use the Search by Value bar to find the end user account you're interested in.
In the search results, click the End User ID (located in the leftmost column) to open the account details page. This page will display information about the selected end user and their affiliated resellers.
