How to View Full Details of a Subscription in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you on how you can view full details of a subscription through the CRM platform.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From the CRM’s left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales. Click Subscriptions.

6. Locate the subscription that you want to view by using the search boxes or available drop-down filters.

7. Once the correct subscription has been pulled up, click the subscription number (hyperlink) under the Subscription column.

8. A new tab will open, directing you to Xvantage for Associates Subscription page details.
