Overview:
This article explains how to access the Growth Insights dashboard in My Insights within Xvantage for Associates (X4A).
Growth Insights helps identify the top 10 resellers by IS1/IS1 Manager with the largest year-over-year (YoY) year-to-date (YTD) revenue decline. The dashboard also highlights the vendor or line of business contributing most to the decline, enabling sales teams to take timely and targeted action.
Process:
Go to My Apps and click Okta.
Search for X4A and select it. The Xvantage for Associates (X4A) application opens in a new browser tab.
Tip: You can also open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
From the left navigation menu, select Insights, then choose My Insights.
Select the Growth tab.
Review the information displayed on the Growth Insights page. The page includes the following details:
Reseller Name
BCN
Decrease Revenue YTD (year-to-date)
YoY YTD decline (%)
Decreased category/ vendor
Insight Status
