How to View Notes in an Order in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how you can view notes related to an order in X4A.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select Order Management.

5. Utilize the search bar to pull up order.

6. Once the matching results are displayed, refer to the Notes column of the table. Then, click on View Notes.

7. A side expansion menu will be displayed on the right.
