How to View Open Orders in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article outlines the process for accessing and viewing open orders in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select Order Management from the sub-menu.

5. The Order Management page will be displayed

6. The Pre-order exceptions will be displayed with the following information:

   • Confirmation ID

   • Branch code

   • BCN/ Account

   • Reseller PO

   • Entry method

   • Order revenue

   • Order Revenue in USD

   • Reject Reason

7. To view open orders select All open orders from the top navigation bar:

8. Search for the order you want to open and view using the search bar.

9. Click the IM order # displayed in blue text (a hyperlink) to open the order details. The order details page appears with the billing and shipping information, order lines, and additional related data.
