How to View Powerbuy Notes in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for viewing notes associated with a Powerbuy in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Note: This feature is available only to users with the Powerbuy Associate role.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

   • Tip: Alternatively, you can open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps if it is available there.

3. In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Purchasing.

4. Select Powerbuy from the sub-menu.

5. Use the Search field to enter the Powerbuy Name or Powerbuy ID.

6. Select the Powerbuy ID hyperlink to open the Powerbuy details.

7. Locate the Notes icon on the right side of the page.

8. The number next to the icon indicates how many notes are associated with the Powerbuy.

9. Click the Notes icon.

10. The Powerbuy notes are displayed on the right side of the screen.
