Overview:
Quote Insights is an insight designed to help our teams prioritize their efforts by focusing on quotes that have the highest likelihood of converting into orders. It uses an AI/ML prioritization model that evaluates quotes based on various business factors. This article provides step-by-step instruction on how to view quotes in My Insights in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Insights.
Then, click My Insights.
Click the Quotes tab.
The page is composed of the following important sections:
Category dropdowns - Associates, Status, Vendor. By choosing the right criteria, your page view will be tailored.
Search bar - Allows you to search for Quotes by keywords.
Filter - Refine the quote list using various filter options.
Activity section - View the most critical quote insights prioritized for immediate action.
Insights section - Access a comprehensive list of all quote insights assigned to you.
