Overview:
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to access Renewal Insights in My Insights section of Xvantage for Associates (X4A). Renewal Insights help identify upcoming expiring licenses and subscriptions, enabling proactive management of renewal opportunities to reduce revenue loss.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click on Insights.
Then, select My Insights.
Click the Renewal tab. The Renewal Insights page will be displayed. This section provides proactive visibility into expiring contracts by leveraging expiration and renewal quote data. You will see information columns such as:
Owner
Insight ID
Status
Rank
Reseller Name
BCN a
