How to View the Approver Configuration in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how you can access the Approver Configuration details tab of different countries in Xvantage for Associates. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Administration. Next, click on Powerbuy Configuration.  

4. You will be directed to the Powerbuy Configuration Countries dashboard.  

5. Locate and select the country that you want to view by utilizing the filter function or through the dashboard list. 

6. Once located, click the hyperlinked country code. 

7. By default, you will land on the country’s Finance Configuration details tab. Be sure to switch to Approver Configuration.
