How to View the Campaign Status in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step guide for associates on how to view the status of marketing campaigns within the Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A,hover over the left navigation menu and click Marketing Suite.

4. You will be redirected to the Marketing Suite Hub.

5. The campaign list will automatically display a Status column showing the status of each campaign.

6. To check the status of a specific campaign, use the search bar to locate the campaign by name or keyword.

7. Refer to the Status column beside the campaign name.

8. Campaigns may display one of the following statuses:

   • Draft – Campaign is being created and not yet finalized.

   • Processing – Campaign is undergoing setup or review.

   • Ready for Export – Campaign is complete and ready for export.

   • Exported – Campaign has been successfully exported.
