How to View the Connected Vendor Codes in a Vendor Account in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to view connected vendor codes within a vendor account in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.  

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.  

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors.

4. Click Account Management.

5.  From the drop-down menu, select Vendor Account. 

6. Use the search bar to find the specific vendor account. 

7. Click the Vendor Account Name (displayed as a hyperlink) to open its details.

8. In the Summary tab, scroll down to the Connected Vendor Codes section.

9. The following information will be displayed:

   • Mastercodes

   • Vendor number

   • Master vendor name

   • Vendor name

   • Contacts

   • Reporting division
